01Acceptance of terms

By using the ZaabDrama app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you in the app of any significant changes.

02User accounts

You may use the app as a guest or sign in with your phone number. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and must not use anyone else's account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or our community rules.

03Coins

Coins are an in-app license for unlocking episodes, not money. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or resold. Purchased coins never expire; bonus coins expire as shown in the app and are always spent first. Unlocked episodes can be rewatched for the life of your account.

04Payments and refunds

All purchases are processed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds must be requested from Apple. Once a refund is approved, any unused coins or entitlements from that purchase will be revoked.

05VIP membership

VIP is an auto-renewing subscription until you cancel it in the App Store at least 24 hours before the next period. VIP benefits cover only series in the VIP program. A free trial (if offered) converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel.

06Content and intellectual property

Series in the app are copyrighted by their creators or rights holders. You are granted a license for personal viewing only and may not record, download or redistribute them. AI-generated content is labeled.

07Comments and prohibited conduct

Do not post content that is illegal, harassing, offensive, spam, or that infringes on the rights of others. We may hide or remove comments and suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report inappropriate content from the menu on each episode.

08Liability

We provide the service "as is" and strive to keep it running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
