01Information we collect
Your phone number (when you sign in), display name, watch history and progress, saved titles, likes, follows and comments, coin and purchase history (we do not store card details — payments go through Apple), device information (OS version, app version, and a device identifier for guest accounts), and a notification token when you allow notifications.
02How we use your information
To provide streaming and remember where you left off, recommend series you might enjoy, manage your coin wallet and VIP benefits, send notifications only about series you follow or set reminders for, prevent fraud and spam, and give creators aggregated (anonymous) statistics.
04Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, except transaction records we are required by law to keep.
05Your rights under the PDPA
You have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can delete your account yourself from your Profile, or contact us to exercise your other rights.
06Security
Data is encrypted in transit, sign-in tokens are stored in your device's secure storage (Keychain), and sensitive data on our servers is encrypted at rest.
07Minors
This service is not directed at children under 13. Parents can turn on Kids Mode from the Profile page.
